Pros: Nothing
Cons: The quote process, customer service non-existent
Overall: After spending some time trying to fill out their on-line quoting
process, I gave up and rang customer service. It took about 20 minutes to
complete a quote which worked out $6.00 cheaper per month, then my current
insurance. After one week I had not heard from them, I rang up and asked where
the quote was. It turned out they had mispelt my email address and as they don't
contact you by mail, the quote expired after 7 days and they wanted to requote
me at a higher price. What a waste of time and really bad customer service.
Needless to say I am not a happy customer, and would not bother with them at
all.

Pros: Good ads and marketing campaign
Cons: online quote process sucks!!
Youi Green Slips? They don't exist!
Overall: I though they are sensible from the ads but read this..after spending
15-20 minutes they did not offer me a quote..i don't now why?? am a red plate
with one very minor accidental claim (that was honored by QBE) they Youi find
the risk higher?? how about asking basic risk questions first and if your
eligibility is satisfied ask personal and other details..why waste time if you
can offer at the end..dont bother never compromise on car cheap bucks dont work

Pros: It Was easy to do online
Cons: Everything now .... Trying to make a claim
Overall: It was a little cheaper ..but you get what you pay for. Currently
trying to make a claim we have done nothing wrong first claim ever made in over
20 years and they are making us feel like criminals ( by the way it was a car
accident )the policy was in two names one of the policy holders was the driver
at fault no damage to the other vehicle
