Looking for Bingle Greenslips?  They don't have them!

Pros: Simple Claims process.

Cons: nothing

Overall: fastest respon for claims.. Nice to use bingle If you want to insure your car, give it to bingle insure make you feel safe to drive

Pros: Cheap, you get what you pay for.

Cons: No support, everything is online, take months to claim, working hours are only 9-5 weekdays. You have to chase them up not they chase you.

Overall: If you are reading this review and searching for a car insurance please read my comment carefully if you want simple peace of mind on your car insurance claim. I was with Bingle for nearly a year and then I had a claim, its still ongoing right now. And guess what its been over a month, they do not contact you with updates or progress of the claim. They only work 9-5 weekdays, no telephone number to call, no respond via email. They will only call you when they are free and working, it doesnt help when you need to make a claim and have to chase up for it days and days. They ask for alot of documents to process the claim, if your missing them the claim will not go ahead until they get everything they expect. To all the people that said its easy to claim.. they are so wrong.. how can it be easy if you cant talk to somebody, have to wait for their call, have to go home from an accident log online and select the working hours for them to call you, if its on the weekend then good luck.. you have to wait till weekdays. You cannot call them as they will not give out their number, they will ask multiple questions again and again as they have different staff working on the same case which does not keep track of claims. I'm an IT expert that is why I went with an online insurance company thinking its the modern world now and everything is doable online with computers. I was wrong, take my word on this and do not go with an insurance company that does not help you when you need it most. When you need peace of mind, rest, and comfort they will just give u a call when they are working not when you are free, when they are free. And ask questions and questions over and over, provide this provide that. Once they have everything they want then you'll maybe see the progress of your claim even then you have to chase them to get an update. Go with the big fish, Bingle is the worse insurance company i've been with in my life. ITS CHEAP, ITS GOOD at collecting your money and giving you a policy number but very slow and no support when it comes to a claim.

Pros: Easy to use & purchase car insurance, competative cost.

Cons: At this point nothing to dislike.

Overall: I have insured my car with Bingle for the second year. Very easy to use & pay. My only concern is how long it would take to process a claim if I were to be involved in an accident seeing as everything is done on-line?
